COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

As we continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic the physicians and staff of Hagen Beyer Simon ENT want to reassure our patients that your safety is our number one priority. 


We are still available to see you in the office with a few adjustments or through a virtual visit with YOUR physician.


Patients with pre-scheduled appointments that are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms should contact our office to modify their appointment to a telemedicine appointment. We kindly ask that you DO NOT come into the office with any of the following symptoms:

  • Running a fever

  • Difficulty breathing/Shortness of Breath

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • In contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or presumed positive

Our offices have also instituted extra sanitation measures to ensure patient and staff safety. Our staff and physicians  actively wear mask and other personal protection equipment. It is our goal to keep all of our patients healthy , reduce the spread of infection, and ensure we can continue to deliver compassionate, quality care to our community. We will continue to keep this site updated as more information becomes available.

Covid-19 Screening

- You will need to schedule an appointment in order to be tested. You can call our office to schedule.

- The test is a simple saliva collection. No nasal swab or needle stick required.

-Test results are available within 48 hours in most cases.

- A return to work/school excuse can be given with negative test results.

- There is no patient cost with most insurance plans

- Patients will be tested inside their vehicles.

        - Everyone in the vehicle must wear a mask

        - Call our office upon arrival

        - Remain in the vehicle, please do not enter                 our lobby

- If you are a new patient, please complete your paperwork HERE before coming in for your appointment.

- Once you have arrived for your appointment, please remain in your vehicle. One of our staff members will contact you via phone when your exam room becomes available.

- We are currently requesting only the patient and a caregiver, if needed, enter the building and attend the appointment in order to decrease exposure.

Hand Hygiene


  • Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub

  • Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze

  • Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell

  • Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell


  • Touch your eyes, nose, or mouth if your hands are not clean
